MAMA 2-pack Seamless Bump support briefs https://www2.hm.com/en_gb/productpage.1213856006.html Super comfy and high waisted. Stretchy material too. I wore these my whole pregnancy and after c section x
If you are after disposable knickers, frida mom ones are great x
I just got normal bridget jones style knickers in way bigger sizes. I'm a size 14-16 and was wearing size 22 and 26 undies so nothing was tight or dug in
I found some really soft cotton ones from SHEIN!
I used disposable knickers the entire time I was recovering. I just used Tenna Ladies but you can get own brand ones from Tesco etc x
I bought some maternity knickers from george
M&S really lovely
Would definitely recommend maternity knickers from Asda George z
For the first week I wore always adult pull ups with pads inside then switched to M&S big black knickers
Asda George maternity knickers are amazing and I still wear them 🤣
Nappies!

Primark high waist briefs did it for me. Ditched the expensive Fridamom ones I got that kept rubbing against my scar.
Thanks ladies. I went with Asda ones 😊 x
M&S high waisted. Nice, comfortable and stay in place rather than sliding or rolling down to scar point
