I do go out for a lot of walks lately, so that helps a lot to stay active!

I can also really relate to this, I have a 18month old and just don’t get any time for myself. I’ve found trying to do at least 1 or 2 nice things for myself a week, usually that’s a walk or some self care in the evenings. Anything that makes you feel a little better, and can be something small. I hope you manage to find something that helps
