Teeth

My little boy was born with two teeth at 36+1 but defo has some more coming through. Does anyone recommend ambesol? A&P did nothing for him at all and he’s miserable! Biting through dummies, chewing muslins! Anything

Wow that's so unique sorry I don't have many tips. We have been freezing a cloth and letting him chew on that and that seems to be helping n satisfying him at the minute. I bet that was a wonderful surprise when u gave birth specially being early xx

@Willow although the drs say it’s not hereditary I was also born early but 7 weeks with 2 teeth! Such a weird coincidence!! I’ll defo put a cloth in the freeezer tomorrow. I did buy the frida food dummy so I’m going to put milk in and freeze it for him to have tomorrow to try see if that relieves a bit x

Are you giving him calpol? When teething is pretty bad I try that but it doesn't always work. I have been recommended anesbol by a few people, I got some yesterday but not tried it yet as I only want to use it when calpol isn't cutting it.

I use anbesol got my baby it’s really good much better than those crappy crystals

Ambesol is great! I tried abit on my gum and it completely numbed it. I give my daughter celery to chew on aswell, apparently it’s a natural pain reliever and it’s something cold she can chew on, I keep it in the fridge but you can also freeze it. She hasn’t got any teeth yet so doesn’t actually eat it but it does seem to help her. Apparently spring onion is supposed to help aswell but I haven’t tried that x

@Marianne yeah I give him both calpol and Brufen but it’s not helping him. I’ve started ambesol so wil see how he gets on x

@Ashleigh he was born prem so I’m still a bit funny about weaning yet but I defo will when he’s around 6 months I think. I’ve heard good things about the spring onion x
