Moringa pills are great for increasing milk production. Look for go lacta in Amazon. They’re also a great source of nutrients. Pump after feedings. For 10 to 15 mins each breast. Let him use you as a pacifier. That stimulates your nipples and help with supply even if baby is not feeding. Double your water intake. Do not restrain your diet, you need the calories to produce milk. Some people say colostrum supplement but it’s not backed by science yet. Also, chamomile tea but I personally haven’t tried it.
How many months PP are you?
Make some lactation cookies
Are you breastfeeding or pumping or both?
Look into power pumping! I did it once and had an instant increase !
@Gigi two weeks
@Jessica breastfeeding
@Liv what are those? Never heard of them
What makes you think your supply has reduced?

Try breastfeeding then pumping both sides until empty after every feed
Oatmeal.oatmeal.oatmeal. Skip the fancy cookies and get straight to the real thing. My supply skyrocketed. I’d eat a bowl with berries & peanut butter for breakfast and lunch and I was filling up 2 big bottles per pumping session.
Also, pumping every 3 hours. If your EBF def gotta incorporate pumping to help boost supply since baby is only gonna drink so much.

Certain foods will not increase your milk production. It works on supply and demand so putting baby to breast as often as you can, pumping if it’s easier as well as hydrating with water are the only things that will legitimately increase your milk production. I believe there is also a tablet you can be prescribed in the UK at least. Also bear in mind that around week 6 or so your milk supply will regulate. As long as baby is gaining correctly and having plenty of wet nappies (6-8 a day) then your milk supply is where it should be.
Also pumping is not an indication of how much milk you produce. I produce drops when pumping but my son is a big chubby boy on the 90th centile. He’s much better at getting milk out.
Oatmeal with cinnamon. I ate it for breakfast every morning and it definitely helped
