Serious question

I been a mother for 10 years. I love it! I have a daughter who is 10 and another daughter who just turn 1. I always go out my way to do everything for them. To the point I don’t do anything for myself. I used to get my hair did nails done eyebrow arch. But I haven’t been taking care of myself. When I get extra money. I always go out my way to do for my kids. Even when I know they have everything. I feel soo guilty. So today I got extra money. And I wanted to treat myself. But as soon as I went to add something to the cart I stopped at checkout. And went to ask my daughter did she want anything. And of course she did. As soon as she picked out some items. I just deleted my items. So I could have something extra. What should I do?

Clearly you are a great mother. Treat yourself. Or you could limited her to choosing 1 item so you were still able to treat yourself.

@Sally thank you. I was just saying to myself I should just limit her to one item. Because she not lacking anything. Plus my birthday coming up. I just dont want to disappoint her. That’s my only thing. I’ll just have to explain to her that momma my wants to look nice to. I think she will understand. ❤️

Where is your guilt stemming from? Make sure you take time to pamper yourself because you deserve it ❤️ You won’t be any use to anyone if you burn out.

Pouring into yourself means you are pouring into your children and you are their role model especially them being girls. Try and remember yourself in the small ways even if it’s getting a bar of chocolate for YOU when you shop. A happy and seen mummy makes happy babies ❤️

Girl you’re just a mom 😂 that’s how it is now. I can’t tell the last time I bought sumn for myself and I’ve been a mom for only just 5 months. But u do need to treat urself to sumn one day. Go out and get ur nails done or sumn
