We have our cats litter boxes outside the house in a storage like furniture. We had this before our baby arrived for aesthetic and functional purposes and it works very well! You can put it inside or outside your home and there are different types available online that have varying entrance points for the cats so it's also safe to have a baby around. Ours is just simply gated off. No change to the litter box and we have 2 cats

Cat closet. I turned my hallway closet into a cat closet. Put a cat door on the bottom. The litter box is in there. There cat tree. Hanging decor, toys and their feeding stations are on the tree and mounted on the wall

Ours is behind a gate now, that goes into the mudroom and laundry. It also gives her a peaceful place to hide from the active toddler pulling her tail 😂

Ours are gated off, but I'm thinking of putting a cat door on the garage door and moving them in there.

Ours is gated but i would really like to figure out another system, like converting a closet like ebony said. But we dont have many options
