Trigger warning ED

Any advice from BF moms who deal with getting in calories due to an ED I’ve officially started noticing some habits being repeated with food fear now that baby is out and I know I need to get help for it but in the mean time I don’t want to loose my supply or not give baby enough nutrition 😭 I can do protein and meal replacement shakes sometimes but is that enough?

Yes. Just get the calories and hydration you need

Protein shakes, telling yourself it’s for your baby not for you - if you need to tell yourself that you can continue these habits when done BF if needed (depending on where you are in recovery and such), keeping up on water
