Sleeping - any help?

Before the regression, or whatever we’re blaming it on, my son would sleep 8-3am and then feed and back to sleep till 7/8. Now I’m lucky if he sleeps till 10pm before he’s waking every 1.5-2 hours. I’m exhausted. He is breastfed however he does have a dummy. He is drinking milk every time he’s up about 4 sometimes 6 times in the night and not like he’s only having a little he is drinking a lot. How to stop? Should I be feeding him more in the day to fill him up? He’s a very happy content baby. Any tips? Anything you’ve tried that helps. I’m tired.

No tips from me, just adding that I’m in the same boat and would love to hear any advice 😅

I’d be interested in tips too. Sounds like us at the moment. I try to not feed him every time if I can but sometimes he won’t settle without feeding. Like you say, he feeds a lot when he does feed. Wondering whether he is just growing and learning lots so needs more milk.

I’m in the same situ too, but formula fed. Been getting more and more frequent throughout the past month. Now at the same point as you where it’s either every hour or every 1-2 hours ☹️ I can’t get more down my LB in the day, he just flat out refuses. At least there are a few of us in this together 🤍 xx

I'm just rolling with it and cosleeping, feeding him whenever he's up, and he sometimes wakes up in just 1 hour 🥲 I'm hoping and assuming it's the sleep regression, and maybe other developmental things at this age and will pass 🤞

Same boat for 5 weeks now, I’m doing the same as you, I occasionally add a formula feed before bed but not seen much difference yet

Same boat over here!

I’m glad it’s not just me - maybe it is the norm at 5 months, I just really don’t remember this with my now almost 3 year old!
