3 times also EBF
Recently my girly is sleeping 10-11 hours waking at around 6 and then going back to sleep for 2 hours, 🤞🏻🤞🏻this isn't a trick as up until the last week it could be 2-5 wake ups 😂
Twice, generally after 4 hours around 11pm and 3am
I'm awake atleast 7 times a night I'm at my wits end 😭
Just this week things seem to have gotten better for us. Wakes between 3:30-5 for a feed and then again at 6. Will sometimes go back to sleep for another hour if I put her in the big bed. We pushed bedtime later due to jet lag and it seems to have helped us
4 or 5 times I reckon at the moment, she woke up twice before I went to bed last night!! I never get good sleepers 😭
You are lucky, we wake up every 2ish hours 🫠
Every 2 hours at least and will screaming the house down if not immediately given a boob 😅 my 4 year old still comes in once a night too, but my 6 year old sleeps through. Don't think any of that is very comforting, sorry 😭
Every 2 hours on a good night. Sometimes she will do a 3 hrs stretch on a great night x
Usually twice a night now, occasionally 3 times and recently we have had one night where it was only once! I feel like things are getting better and it seems to be better when I’ve given him food in an evening
Thanks all for sharing. My LO was waking every two hours or sometimes even less around the four month mark til Christmas time. After Christmas, we did some sleep training to get it down to 2 wakes in the night but can sometimes be 3/4 now due to teething. I was hoping it would be one night feed by now 😢🙃
@Tanisha ok so I have atleast another two years of this 😮💨😵🙃
@Anna sounds like you're doing a great job despite how tough it is! I want another one but the sleep deprivation is something else. Thinking though it's better to have them closer together to get it out of the way ,as looks like I won't be sleeping for a while anyway 🙃
@Hollie this has happened to me multiple times this week

We wake between 2-4 times for a feed. Each night is different. But now we wake up a lot because I need to give him his dummy or need to cuddle him back to sleep. So we wake quite often
I’m up every 2 hours for the first 2 wakes and then it can be really hard to get him down in his cot and he might wake up every 30/40 mins, I eventually bring him to our bed. @Remi Grace how did you sleep train? We want to give it a go but don’t know where to start.
At the moment it’s around 3 times a night and we EBF, he then wakes for the day at around 6am.
We EBF and he has a dream feed at 10 then feeds once more between 3-5am ish, but we did some sleep training! Before that he was having maybe 4 feeds a night
When do they sleep through 😂😂😂 sorry, have to laugh! My 3 year old doesn't sleep through... The baby has once actually, but that was before she hit 4 months. She's getting better lately. Generally wakes for one main feed about 2.30/3ish but wakes to be re settled a few times.
@Nilam I used the Ferber method. It does involving letting your LO cry it out for periods of time before going in to comfort them. It's hard work and I wouldn't have been able to do it without some support from hubby. I was on the edge of a menty B (mental breakdown) lol as was waking up 6 plus times previously. It did help. I am contemplating doing it again to reduce night wakings but it looks like 2/3 are the average at this age. I just miss getting a decent nights sleep 🥹🙃. Part of the job I guess haha.
Still waking 4-5 times a day.
5-6 times 😭
Our LO is breastfed except 1 bottle of formula before bed. I was still BF at around 4am after dropping all the other night feeds We started Ferber sleep training last week as I was at breaking point with wake ups and screaming when trying to put to bed / ending up co sleeping every night / sometimes adding an extra boob night feed in case it was hunger Used the sleep training as a reset to cut all night feeds and successful so far! 🤞 still some wakes but mostly self settling
@Jem does your LO not get up at all? I feel like I need to revisit this. Any particular tips ? X
@Remi Grace Im at breaking point but agree I just want to sleep for a few long chunks. I think we will seriously try the Ferber method because I don’t think I can take it anymore 😭
@Nilam aw bless you. I was definitely where you were before we tried. The sleep deprivation is torture! Good luck with it all. Message be directly if you need x
Also appreciate some people are trying to get rid of sleep props and here we are giving him more dummies and now a comforter, but I was honestly at break point!
I have no idea, he sleeps next to me and helps him self. I do occasionally move him from one side to the other but I honestly could tell you .. definitely more than twice between 11.30 when we tend to go to bed and 7 when we wake. With my first I would sit up, be on my phone, look at the time etc etc. This time I don't do any of that and it feels much easier
Oh, and my nearly 4 year old still wakes through the night most nights 🫣 it does get easier as they get older though, or you just get more used to it
My LB is 8 months and still waking between 2/3 times a night then up at 5 am 😳 im starting to consider finding someone who specialises in sleep training just so I can get some sleep too. My oldest didn't sleep through until she was 2 and a half I was like a zombie everyday lol.
