I use a Tula free to grow and it's great. You can get lots second hand on vinted x
I bought an Ergobaby 360 from Vinted and it’s got really good back support. It kinda pushes against it so feels really secure!
I had a c section and also have back pain from carrier but have been using a belly band to support and helps with both things xx
@Mari I've had an emergency c sec as well but my pain is in my upper back and shoulders?
@Emily thank you! I'll look into it, did you use the newborn insert?
@Tiana I think the closest one is in Richmond, do you have any recommendations?
Look at a carrier with cross back straps. They distribute the weight more evenly
Join the baby wearing group on Facebook, there's tonnes of professionals on there who will be able to advise x
@Esha try booking into one. They’re great for trying different carriers before committing to buying one. I have ergo baby and it has a lot of back support. I have back pain from my section and it really helps
@Esha it doesn’t need one - it adjusts in width and height :)
I went to see this lady in Richmond https://sheenslings.com
Sounds like you might need a different carrier with more back support. Have you got a local sling library? It might also be that you need to adjust the straps a different way.
