i mix it into the water and then add goats milk once all dissolved. and just give in a bottle

I either give it to my little girl in her water bottle as she never realises, or yeah as Ellie said I will mix it in water then add that to her milk before bed 😊 x

We really struggled at first and ended up calpol syringing it in (12 syringes!). Now we mix with a tiny bit of squash and he just drinks it. We got swapped to movicol at the chemist and they tried to give us chocolate flavour but I'm reluctant to switch now I can get him to drink it!

Once dissolved in the correct amount of water we pour into Luke warm weak hot chocolate !
