My childminder doesn’t but my friends’ nurseries do

My nursery doesn’t, I even asked if it was still ok to send him, he had jabs on the Monday and was in nursery Wednesday and Friday, they just said they will keep an eye out for temperature but said definitely bring him in as he will likely be fine and even if he felt a bit rubbish would be distracted. He was absolutely fine x

Yes or any perscription medication, it's even 24hrs for calpol

No, our nursery is fine after jabs. Ours will give calpol as and when needed, and call if baby seems unwell/has a temperature.

I asked ahead of time and they were fine with it as long as he didn’t have a temperature! I had to drop my baby off at nursery right after his jabs as it got moved from one of his off days🥲 but he was fine all day & I never got a call to go get him

Our nursery was fine with him going in the day after his jabs, they’re actually very sensible and just follow the NHS school exclusion criteria!
