What workouts can I do

Hey everyone I need some advice on i’m a plus size girl who has been on a fitness journey for two months so far I’m seeing good progress and losing weight although I’m afraid of loose skin I want to start implementing workouts to my weight loss journey but every time I go to the gym, I have no idea where to start. They don’t have any personal trainers in my gym to help out. Before having kids, I always used to be nine stones since then I’ve had two C-sections and now I am 19 stones what workouts would be good to do in the gym? Anyone have a set routine that I can follow?

I'm 8 weeks pp and and am doing exactly what worked for me after my first pregnancy: counting calories (1200/1400), drinking at least 2 L of water a day and walking 30/40 mins (moderate/fast pace + 8% incline) on the treadmill.. I also do a small session of specific exercises (arms / legs / abs, to restore my core) every day. You're going to lose weight as long as you achieve a calorie deficit. The specific workouts depend entirely on your level of fitness though.. Check the Sweat app.. plenty of fitness plans and healthy recipes..
