10 week old, growth spurt?

Gone from only waking once or doing really good srltrwtches of sleep at night (sometimes 9 hours) to now waking every hour She also has reflux so I have always had to hold her for half an hour after a feed before putting her down, so the hourly wakes is giving me about half hour sleep stints if that. 🫠🫠 Only been past couple of days and just turned 10 weeks...is there another growth spurt? Has anyone else had this? I know about the dreaded 4 month sleep regression...but not a 10 week one 😩 help!!
