Please help me.

My breastfeeding baby girl is now 6.5 months. She was never a good sleeper. In the first few weeks, she just wouldn’t sleep at night. Then around 2.5 months, I got her to sleep from 7.30ish till 11:30pm ish for her first feed then she would feed every 2 hours. I rock her to sleep then out her into her cot. But after the 4 months sleep regression. She goes to bed at 8:30pm ish and she will always wake up after 30 mins crying and it often takes me about an hour to put her back to sleep. She will also wake up for multiple times that I started to co sleep her after midnight just to be easier. And she only naps 30 mins each time in the day. I stated to co sleep her nap in the day after tried so many things . Sometimes I can get her to sleep about an hour. But most of the time it is only 30 mins. My husband insists she needs to sleep in her own cot but I am exhausted of all the wake ups. I don’t know what did I do wrong with her and what else I can do so that she can sleep longer in the day and wake up less in the night.

You haven’t done anything wrong!!!! Baby’s sleep is mostly temperament. I could have written the same message not too long ago. My baby now wakes 2/3 times a night. At around 6 1/2 months I felt like I was at breaking point. So I change a number of things all at once so not sure what made the difference but I also think my baby was ready and started becoming a deaper sleeper. I moved her into a bigger cot as she kept waking by hitting the sides. She started sleeping on her front Started solids (reflux baby) And what I think made the biggest difference was two naps rather than three. She also sleeps with white nose, black out curtain, in her own room now. I have always fed to sleep (actually doing it right now 😂) we tried my husband rocking and it made no difference to her stretches of sleep , if anything she would sleep for less time) and took waaaaaay longer

Your not doing anything wrong my baby was sleeping through the night then four months hit and I could have written exactly what you have written above.
