Are men who constantly cheat on their partners secretly gay?

What does cheating have to do with them being gay? I could understand if they were cheating and sleeping with the same sex but this doesn’t suggest that.. I’m not getting it

A lot of the women I know who are married and have been cheated on, aren’t in sexless marriages. They all said they regularly had sex with their husbands and they still went and cheated so I’m going to say they are just shitty people.

None of the above. He may be gay and his trying to hide it led him to that situation, but it can’t be generalized to every guy that cheats. As well, cheating is really a sign of a mental issue. While it is a shitty action and there’s no excuse for the behavior, they’re not just shitty people. They have a mental issue that needs to be addressed. I’ve never cheated, but I’ve been cheated on. I used to just say they were awful, but I’ve learned a lot more about how our minds work since then.

I think most men who constantly cheat are usually insecure and need the attention to validate themselves. Same for women who cheat too.

Unless the cheating man has been cheating with other men, then no, being gay doesn’t come into it. I can understand the mentality of despising women, but the issues usually are deeper than that. A man who cheats will have witnessed similar behaviour from his own father growing up. His mother continuously taking back his dad, also reinforces to the child that women are dumb/stupid/to be used and cheated on, as clearly his dad has no respect for her and this is the subconscious message that is passed down. Growing up his relationship with his mum will be fractured because maybe she sees a lot of her husband in him and takes it out on him. Google “the mother wound” for further info. It all starts from childhood and how relationships are mirrored to the child. You look at any decent man, ask him about his childhood/parents marriage/relationship and listen to what he says.

Totally. Women's hormonal birth control is turning the men and the frogs gay. Just kidding. I dunno if they are gay but they are probably deeply insecure and they suck as a human.

If cheating with the same sex as them, it's likely, if not I highly doubt it..

Some men deep down hate women so they use them for sex to cope with how much they hate them (usually this is from mommy issues or being badly hurten by women in the past). Some men aren’t getting pleasure from women in general so they keep trying to have sex with different women to get the pleasure they’re looking for, when they’re really just gay. Some men are unhappy in their relationship so they cheat to find what will make them happy (whether that be a specific women they’re cheating with or just any women to cheat with).

Are they cheating with men? If not I don't see how that means they're gay..... But in general men (or women) who keep cheating have commitment issues, it's not their partner's fault. Because a person with healthy attachment would just leave if their sexual needs are not being met
