Baby runny nose 🤧
My 8-month-old baby has a bad cold and runny nose. There’s no fever, but the nasal congestion is making him really uncomfortable, especially when sleeping and eating.
I’ve been doing daily nasal washes, but it feels like the mucus just won’t go away. Any tips or remedies that have worked for you in similar situations?

Doesn’t really help with the overall cause of congestion but we use Olbas oil on a hanky/muslin next to his bed when he sleeps and that has worked wonders for helping him not be woken up by being blocked up
