Really bad left side pain
16 weeks pregnant and I’ve just been out shopping and I’ve had ligament pains quite bad this pregnancy but this pain I had was so bad it hurt to take a step with my left leg, it’s gone now but it lasted about 20 minutes, it just really worried me has anyone else had this? 3rd pregnancy and I’ve never had anything like it

I meant to say SPD 🤦♀️😂 but a bath helps everything 😂

Could be a pinched nerve or round ligament pain! This is my 3rd pregnancy and I've found i really have to stay on top of pelvic floor stretches to stay as comfortable as possible! Epsom salt baths are also my best friend lol
