Chemically-smelling poop 💩

My 8 month old has been doing a few poops today that smell really badly of chemicals, I can’t quite pinpoint which kind but definitely not his usual smells. The consistency is all normal and he seems in good spirits. Anyone else had this? Dr Google is saying potential food allergy but he hasn’t really eaten anything different (he tried mac & cheese yesterday for the first time but he’s eaten plenty of cheese and pasta before now). Will keep an eye on it but just wondered if anyone else has some insights 👀
