Teeth Whitening

I was going to ask something similar to this so following! Like how do they get them so white - professional whitening, literally no coffee tea or soda, do they just all have veneers??

I started brushing my teeth with dry in the morning so no water or paste before brushing with toothpaste and noticed a major difference , since I used to be a smoker my teeth started getting yellow now they’re pretty white

I'd be careful with at home teeth whitening, some of them are known to cause sensitivity, or worst case scenario damage tooth enamel

Oh my goodness I was gonna make this post as well 😅 I drink a lot of coffee but idk if I would stop just for whiter teeth 😂(is that gross? Idk) but if there were options that were safe along with still drinking coffee I’d do it… does charcoal toothpaste do that?

Also following - I keep seeing adverts for various at home treatments but wary like Raqi said of them causing worse problems. Would be good for some actual reviews for strips or toothpaste that people have genuinely used thenselves!

@Fay I used Crest strips a couple times back in the day (maybe only available in the US) and they made my teeth really sensitive + burned my gums once! 10/10 would not recommend. Planning to go private for proper in house whitening after breastfeeding this time
