Spots around baby’s mouth?

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing these spots around my baby’s mouth? It started off as the odd one or two but over the last week/10 days, they have spread the whole way around her mouth. They aren’t picking up very well on camera so I have attached another photo in the comments below. She doesn’t have any allergies so don’t I believe it’s that. She’s also not overly dribbly at the moment so probably not that either. Just unsure as to what is causing them. Any help is appreciated!!
