Boy Mummy questions…

I’m so excited to join this club when my little one arrives in August. I feel like finding cute girl clothes is easier than boys at the moment, so where do you all buy your gorgeous boy clothes?

Are you based in the UK or USA? If in the uk as I am, I by my sons clothes from the following stores: - John Lewis - Best quality sleepsuits & vests - Zara - Cute outfits and jackets - H&M - Good quality - Primark - cute tracksuits/ sets - Tesco - Really cute sets and decent quality

If you are in the USA, then target. Walmart, h&m, Ross have great options.

If in the UK, I agree with Alyxsa and would also add: M&S NEXT Jojo maman bebe

UK - Asda, Tesco, H&M (amazing for the basic bits and proper little boy clothes) next and M&S xx

I like the supermarket clothes but Next is my fav by far (not for my bank account though!) but all our next stuff has kept really well and been able to hand down or sell on x

congratulations!! boys are so fun! i thrift everything (90%). thrift stores, ebay, poshmark, mercari, whatnot. i buy from resellers on instagram too. mainly for vintage/character clothing. for shoes, i thrift or adidas sambas is one of our fave pair of shoes. my son reaches for that one pretty often because it’s also comfortable for him. but if you don’t like to thrift then walmart, zara, cotton on, shein

We’ve had all our clothes given to us from friends and I swear everything they’ve given us is 100X cuter than anything currently in the stores. I don’t know if it was just what was trending when they had kids vs now, but I find everything in the stores cringey haha. So I second the thrifting comment above. Babies grow so fast anyways. My LO is in 18m clothing (and he’s 7m tomorrow). It’s not worth spending the $ on full price new stuff that he will only wear once.

If you're in the USA, I have a few boy clothes lightly worn newborn and 0-3 months. If you like, i can mail it to you.

Zara, H&M, Quincy Mae, Gap

US - Walmart, Target, Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshall’s are the ones I shop at. There’s other stores such as Once upon a child, Carter’s and The Children’s Place. Or, H&M, Old Navy, Gap, ect,.

Carters Little Planet, Mac & Moon, Oliver & Rain, H&M, Baby Gap are a few of our favorites!

Matalan is my favourite place for boy clothes! Followed by H&M and Next🩵

I’ve got to say- Next- (most variety for boys) followed by M&S then John Lewis- For the fancier bits- kids around, flannels etc

If you’re in the UK then 100% feel you as everything is horrible for little boys 🤣 I’ve got an elder girl and can always find something to buy her even when I’m not looking. But my little boy is just in dinosaur or car jumpers and it really annoys me!

Gap , TJMaxx, Marshalls, SHEIN, Nike

I’m in UK and I go: - Zara - love their sales - H&M - for basics - TK Maxx - you really need to look - Vinted - browse a lot through that as well as you can get very cheap cute branded clothes I needed to get my head around it too at first, as overal you see there are tons of beautiful cute girls clothes and lots of colours. And boys were just very natural colour which I didn’t like. But now I find a lot of nice things
