I type in modesty bathing suits on Amazon! They have a lot of really cute ones with shorts and long sleeves
SHEIN has a few that arnt terrible. Most are and I hate it 🥲
We've always liked Lands End for kids suits. They're very durable, cute designs, have mix and match options, and are modest.
Lands End might not start until size 4, though, now that I think about it. We've had suits from Old Navy also... Cute tankinis or rash guards with bottoms.

I haven’t seen any shortage of cute age appropriate bathing suits! Just search for what you like or scroll around! So many cute ones
Just make sure you only get certain colors that won’t blend in with the water.
Old navy is pretty good!
