you should definitely contact your doctor for advice, it can be dangerous in the third trimester so it's better to get checked out!
It can be a sign of preeclampsia which can begin close to delivery. I was told headaches not resolved with Tylenol indicate a call to the doctor. Check your blood pressure at home if you're able to.

@Franchesca It can happen after delivery too! A friend of mine is dealing with that since she had her baby in November. She was borderline with it before birth and had it with her previous pregnancy too though. I literally just checked mine because I randomly felt nauseated and spontaneously vomited this morning and have just been feeling cruddy lately. We got a home monitor early on because I had a high reading at my first visit and I'm over 40 so wanted to be able to keep an eye on it. Even the easy digital ones aren't terribly expensive, and worth the peace of mind.

It could be your blood pressure! When it’s high, you can get bad headaches that are hard to get rid of!
