You won't see the scale change when you gain muscle or water weight. You could take photos, or measurements to see how you change. Or even just get a tight pair of clothes and see how it fits better over time.
Because you’re turning fat into muscle. Don’t look at the scales. Measure your arms legs hips waist w a measuring tape instead and watch the inches go down but not necessarily the scales
You're gaining muscle weight youll eventuallystart seeing weight loss. Being a woman, your weight is going to fluctuate a lot more than a man's based on so many things that happen differently in our bady than theirs. What I recommend is at the same time every day (best is morning before eating, after going to the bathroom), take your weight, and log it. Then you'll start to see progress even when it's slow.
