Baby girl is here 🩷

I have some exciting news. After 12 painful hours of labor, I gave my all and gave birth (unmedicated) to my little girl on the 12th of March. After everything, holding her for the first time was pure bliss. I can’t stop admiring her. She’s so precious and I can’t wait for my son Maverick to meet his little sister. She’s just such an incredible tiny human. Her brother is the most amazing little guy and he’s been so excited to meet his sibling. We’re being discharged from the hospital today and I can’t wait to embrace our new family of 4… 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

Congratulations! That’s a beautiful photo!! You and your baby look well 🫶🏼

@Elle Good, recovering has been a lot more smooth than my first postpartum experience so I’m grateful. Baby girl has been doing good and my son has been anxious to help and has been loving being a big brother and likes to show everyone that he has a little sister now. Thanks for asking. I hope you’re doing well❤️

@Danielle Thank you, my first birth was unmedicated too and this time, though I wanted the epidural, there wasn’t enough time after all the Pitocin they gave me (to progress labor faster for the epidural to be effective so it was actually not a planned unmedicated birth but that’s how it ended up happening. The Pitocin made it a lot more painful than my first birthing experience. I’m grateful everything went well and that baby girl and I were healthy . That’s the most important thing always, postpartum has been smooth and I’m so grateful for that. After a hard pregnancy, I’m so grateful my baby girl and I are good❤️
