Blue hands

Hi all, I’ve noticed more recently my 5 month olds hands are almost always purple especially when cold, but even round the house super blue. When he is hot they go bright red. They rarely seem to be the same colour as the rest of his skin. His feet do this too but not as bad Has this happened to anyone else? I’ll book an appointment at the docs but not sure if anything had experienced anything similar.
