EBF & unwell
Hiya, baby is 11 months and currently has a heavy cold. She hasn’t breast fed since this morning, I’ve tried clearing her nose just before with saline/sucker but she just keeps coming on and off and not being able to drink as it’s straight away conjested. Have given her water from a cup today throughout the day to keep hydrated. Will this one day affect my supply much? Usually she takes 3 or 4 times a day at the moment

Pump/hand express if you need to for comfort, but your supply should be stable enough now that it shouldn’t have too much of an impact. I second the calpol plug in too! Really helps and the sterimar nasal spray x
She will probably make up for it once she can latch comfortably again. If you don't already have one I highly recommend the calpol vapour wall plug in, cleared my daughters mucus when she was ill SO quickly. After she cleared up a bit she was non stop on my breast and my supply went crazy so I wouldn't worry too much! x
