First period

Hi this might be a little tmi so I apologize in advance. I had my baby girl March 23,2024 I got my first period January 22,2025 I know periods can be very irregular after having a baby so I wasn’t to concerned in the beginning, but since then I’ve had my period every 2 weeks, I’ve been to my Dr a few times and gotten nowhere. I started to have some pain on my right pelvic area and all my Dr told me was I might have a cyst on my ovary. (Not very helpful) just wondering if anyone else has had something like this or if anyone’s periods have been so close together after having your baby. Thanks!
