I think it’s depends on how old they are. I’m assuming over 2? I think it’s important to put in there that there may be some concerns around language development. I say this as I’d want them to be prepared so they can support them properly. If things change before then you can let them know but if they’re behind any milestone it can be indicators of other issues and then they can be aware and look out for anything x
A lot could change by then, but I would tell them how your child is now and keep them updated. Preschools can give lots of support but it's much easier if they know in advance and can have staff/resources etc ready to help.
