Biting during breastfeeding
My 10.5 month old has started to bite down on my nipple 😩 it doesn't half hurt as he applies pressure. It's making me feel on edge every time he feeds. Is there anything I can do to stop him?

my 9 month old started a few weeks ago it’s awful and like the above comment says it’s really hard not to react, i personally just give a firm no and give them something else to bite on and put the boob away if they do it again i put them down and walk away/sit somewhere away from her/give her to her dad, depending on the situation or do this if there’s no teething toy available, like if it’s bedtime for instance which is mainly when she does it

There's a couple of really good people to follow on istagram that have pointers, I can't link as I was hacked a month ago and can't get it back 🙃 I think one is called Lucy webber though! You could try unlatching and giving something they're allowed to chew on and then try again 5/10mins later. It's definitely better not to react as they then think it's a game but I literally have no idea how that's possible. My boy has made me cry plenty of times!
