Good areas for living with children
Hiya! What are people’s thoughts on good areas to live with children? We’re looking for a diverse, multicultural area, not too pricey with good schools, green spaces and low crime… any suggestions?? Currently in east London and would ideally like to stay close to east/ north for ease of travelling outside of London.
We used to live in East London, but we have since moved to the southeast, specifically the Kidbrooke/Eltham area. There are plenty of nice parks, great nurseries, and schools. Additionally, there are numerous activities for toddlers in the entire Greenwich area. We are also members of David Lloyd, which is a bit expensive, but it's a fantastic club. Trains are great and direct connection to Victoria/ Charing Cross and Cannon Street.
