My little one is also 4 months and 2 weeks old and she was rolling at 2 months but for the last several weeks she has not rolled or even tried. I keep doing tummy time and allow her to do her thing when she wants to lol.
My boy is newly 5 months and not rolling. He tries, and will if assisted but all on his own. No. He goes belly to back easy peasy on his own, but definitely not back to belly. I would unswaddle her more so that when she does roll that is done and not something you need to stress about. My guy has been completely unswaddled for about a month. We did a super slow transition and have had no issues!
My baby turned 5 months on the 9th and is still not rolling
My baby is going to be 5 months old on the 23rd and it’s not rolling yet
Same here, my 4.5 mo is still not rolling despite doing lots of tummy time, the pediatrician told us to work with her for 2 weeks and if she’s still not rolling to have her motor skills assessed, reassuring to hear others in the same situation
My girl just turned 5 months on the 4th and was not rolling either way. Low and behold 3 days after she hit 5 months, she rolled back to belly first and has done belly to back a couple times now! Every baby is different! Our pediatrician wasn't concerned and said we only should be if she isn't doing it by 6 months.
my son is 4 months and 2 weeks and not rolling. if assisted a little, he will. my son is huge (20lbs lol) and our pediatrician said that sometimes bigger babies can take a little longer to roll, she hopes to see him roll by 6 months. not sure if you’re in the same boat. i would transition to a sleep sack to let them practice rolling (it’ll probably happen at night), and bc you’ll have to transition soon anyway
My bean is 5 months and 2 weeks she’s not rolling either but she manages to try and throw her body to the side
My girl will be 5 months on the 23rd and definitely knows how to roll over but it’s very inconsistent as she picks and chooses when she will. She didn’t start until a week after turning 4 months
Hi mom! We weaned out of the swaddles by allowing them during naps while assisting her to fall in a deep sleep at night time with no swaddle. I would try to transition out of them because when baby starts rolling it is dangerous for them to be swaddled. This way baby doesn’t have to cut cold turkey 😂
My son just turned 5 months and started rolling probably around 4 months and 3 weeks in. He is now able to roll back just give it sometime.
