Poop frequency
Has anyone here has a baby that doesn't poop every day? Mine is 4 months old and, for the last few weeks, started pooping less frequently, ended up having a poo every 3 to 4 days. I know this can be normal, but I want to know if anyone else's baby had the same issue and if the baby returned to pooping every day again, or generally, what to expect in such situations.

My little boy suddenly went from every day to not pooping for a few days and he’s stayed that way and now goes days without pooping all the time. Spoke to my HV and she said it’s totally normal and they don’t get concerned until over 5 days. He’s EBF so if formula feeding it is different x

Mine has never gone every day. Sometimes up to 4 days before he does then some days he will go 2/3 times. I’ve always been concerned but all health professionals inc the gp have said he’s fine.
