What sort of symptoms is everyone else having at 9 weeks? (Other than nausea!)

The fatigue has hit me like an absolute truck this week. Got sent home from work yesterday, I must've looked quite pathetic and I'd tried sleeping in my car at lunch time!
Sleepy girl here too 🙋🏻♀️ very little nausea or other symptoms just tender boobs also
I'm on the same boat but got a very active 2 yr old so am limited to resting when he's resting 😭
My biggest symptom ATM is fatigue 😩
