I only know one Conway and they’re a guy so I hear it as a guy’s name, but if others haven’t heard the name before then they may not relate it to either. At the end of the day, it’s your baby and as long as you like their name, it doesn’t matter what others think ☺️
To me it's a male name. But a lot of names are gender neutral now. If you like the name, then go for it 😊
Personally I’d prefer something like Calloway, Holiday/Halliday or Cassidy, Conway makes me think of the movie con air for some reason lol
If you want Connie the full name option is Constance. Conway reminds me of a lovely town in New Hampshire.

i would t do elizabeth just because 99% of women have that same middle name. it just seems like a filler name. Conway is cool tho!!
