Sometimes it’s genetic. My husband is fully gray now at 37. Someone told him he was such a great grandfather the other day. 😂

I’m not sure if you can slow it down? It’s a loss of melatonin. I’d love to know if there are any ways to slow it though, I have to dye my roots really regularly.
I started getting them at 18. Joys of having a stressful life. I just accepted mine granted I do vivids now… not to hide them but just cuz I like color lol

The lighter your hair the less obvious! I’ve been blonde for 8 years, died it dark then had loads of greys. Gone back light and no greys noticeable x
They say copper deficiency causes early graying maybe get a copper pot for tea
