Temperature at night

My 9 month old is waking up between 3am and 4am every morning crying, when I go in his room his gro egg is on 14 degrees and his hands are cold so I’m concerned the cold is waking him up, does anyone leave their heating on all night?

Mines turns on if it goes below 18

We have thermostats on the radiators and his is set to turn on if his room drops below 23c so it's basically on all night every night then stays off all day. His room is sually around 25-26c at night because he sleeps better in the warmth

We have a schedule on our heating to click on for an hour every night at 3am because this seems the time of the night where the temperature does drop a bit and it has helped keep both our boys settled x

We have a little plug in heater in his room that clicks on independently and I like to keep his room about 21 because he sleeps better in that but he’s a cosy baby

14 is so so cold! What is he wearing?

@Elena I know. Long sleeve vest babygrow and a 3.5 tog bag

Well I kept the heating in his room on so it clicked if went below 17 and he slept all night so think I’ve found the problem 😂

My heating never drops below 19. Baby probably is quite cold at 14 degrees and the cold does wake them. Can you set the heating a certain level?

Mine is on a thermostat at 18 degrees and he’s in a sleepsuit and a 2.5 or 3.5tog sleeping bag depending on how cold it’s been that day.

I'm surprised it drops that low, as the weather hasn't been that bad lately.

@Rebecca not where I live it hasn’t, it’s been cold
