Can you have privacy in a shared space?

This is the second day in a row I’ve walked in on my husband playing with himself while watching porn. He then proceeds to get upset at me. How am I supposed to know that’s what he’s doing. He says he doesn’t understand why he can’t have privacy but he’s in the living room.

I think he should go somewhere private and not in the middle of the living room. That’s just gross

The bathroom or bedroom is private, the living room is not 😂

omg no. wtf is he talking about privacy for?! dude’s in the literal living room. can he go to the bathroom??

Me thinking he just needed to put a sock or tie on the door but then I see living room!! wtf!! That’s not private!! If he wanted that kind of privacy he should have stayed single cuz what in the world?!

Ummm if you’re on here yall have kids…. wtf is your husband doing watching porn in a family space…..

wtf

A timeframe to do something like is needed if you want privacy do it early before anyone wake up or at night when everyone is in bed or on a day you know there isn’t anyone home or up/idling around the house

What if a child went in the room ??? What the fuck

in the living room?!!

This is totally not the same thing but this post reminded me of when my husband and I first moved in together. He'd fart and I'd walk in the room and be like ugh what smells and he'd get mad at me! I'm like dude go to the bathroom. We all live here and anyone can walk into basically any room at any time. But I agree with what the others are saying. Living room is a shared space and he should have no expectations of privacy there. My husband and I have lived together for almost 10 years now and neither of us has ever walked in on the other (and I know we both do it)

A whole house and he does it in the living room and is mad he doesn’t have privacy? There’s a bedroom or bathroom….

The living room???

The living room??? Man... Not cool. That's like maybe the only room without a door

@Elizabeth that was my second thought after thinking wtfff

What does he think a living room is for? That’s like the most used part of the house. In most places you have to enter the living room to go to other rooms. wtf.

Toilets and bathrooms exist for “privacy” the hell. Tell him to go in there and close the friggin door like every other wanker. Why does he get special privileges of wanking in a shared communal space

If he is going to watch porn and touch himself, he needs to go somewhere with a door and lock. What if the children come out and see him do that? Would he get angry with them too? Tell that man to take his ass to the shower

In the living room? He’s very comfortable ain’t he🤣 living room is for everyone to come together. Go do your fiddling in the bathroom or bedroom. No one wants to see🤣😭
