Have they been checked for a tongue tie? My LO used to get these little lip blisters all the time, once his tongue tie was released he never had one again. Might be worth a check
My boy gets milk blisters like that every few weeks!
I used lanolin on my nipples in the early days and then realised it builds up on little ones lip. Looked like a milk blister but when it came off it was like a dried Vaseline type of thing. It’s harmless. Milk blisters are also common
@KatyaEven I use nipple cream ! Will stop and see if it improves…
@Amy i read abt tongue tie online and his tongue does not look like it, but will ask GP and see

Yeah never had any issues with my boy they tend to come off after a day or too! I was super paranoid the first time he got one as I get cold sores so was worried it could be that!
No need to stop, nipple cream is very helpful for you! Lip blisters don’t hurt or harm the baby in any way, cracked nipples though is one of the reasons people give up BF
