Antibiotics

Hey mamas, does anyone else’s kiddo vomit immediately after taking antibiotics? And if so, has anyone given their kid an antibiotic shot instead (rocephin - Ceftriaxone)? If so, would you recommend going with that option? I’m nervous to give him the shot and would like to hear other moms’ opinions and experiences. Thanks in advance!
