I follow makayla_thomas_fit on IG and in her highlights she has one called “workouts” and I just follow the workouts. They’re quite easy, not strenuous or hard at all but needs consistency, 20mins every 2-3 days. She has heaps of food options, mainly Mexican type like tacos burritos enchiladas etc, meals that contain chicken or beef. I also started Zumba and Pilates at 4m pp, squats weights and planks at home, and I started salsa lessons at 18m pp when I’ve lost all my weight and got my confidence back. If you don’t have weights you can use your baby (walking while baby wearing also helps a lot) or a 2L water bottle on each hand. Look for a Mummy and me fitness class in your area or find some Zumba/Pilates classes, some gyms have a crèche or do it after hrs and leave baby at home w the Dad. Take the baby out, get your steps in.
Please don’t restrict your food for first few months (at least 4 months) pp if breastfeeding because you will risk loosing your supply. You can definitely start exercising but do be careful of calorie intake until your supply is well established.
