@Lindy bmr= base metabolic rate. Tdee= total daily energy expenditure (so how many calories you burn from just being alive)

Firstly, give yourself grace! Secondly, find your BMR caloric needs and your TDEE. Keep a food journal for a week or two and see what you're eating and when. I'm a CPT & CNC. I have my clients fill out the journal first thing for me
