Help!

For all the mama's that have a very small torso. What are your recommendations for an evening or gala gown? I have a gala coming up that I'm giving a speech at and have no idea what to wear! I'm size Small (4-8) Depending on the brand. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
