I do hide a ton of veggies in my spaghetti and i use a protien chick pea pasta, that's one sauce he will eat. I will have to try adding fruit to bread
My 5 yr old daughter is beyond picky as well. Like hardcore. I can't sneak ANYTHING. But her weight and growth are still fine. Her twin brother isn't as picky but is still normal everything. But i still want my girl to eat!

We are all autistic in my house and the only way I can get them to eat more fruit is smoothies… the problem with fruit and vegetables as an autistic person perspective is that fruit and vegetables lack consistency. So it’s a big turn off from eating a lot of fruit even for me. Just figured I share that…

My son is also trying to survive off air, but i found this recipe for spinach muffins that has so much in it, my picky eater loves them. For your convenience: Put items in the blender in this order 1 ripe banana 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut or almond) 1 egg 1/4 cup honey 1-2 cups fresh spinach 1 cup oats 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp salt Blend til homogenous. Bake in muffin tin for 24 minutes at 350°
