Have you tried green people’s sun cream . I have seen good reviews and ordered one for my little one !
We have used the e45 one a couple of times so far with no adverse reaction so hopefully that will continue to be the case!
My little girl is the same. Have a look at the moogoo sun cream. It works on my little girl x
