Hola mamis, soy nueva aquí, espero poder encontrar ayuda con personas que han pasado por esto.
Mi nació el 2 de abril, y me han pasado 2 situaciones.
1 Está semana, hay veces que de noche la última toma la hace a las 10 pm, puede dormir unas 5 hrs seguidas, pero el Dr me dice que debe comer y no dormir tanto, ¿Uds que piensan?
2 Ayer todo el día batallo mucho para dormir, estuvo despierto de 9 a 2 pm y de 7 a 10 pm… todo el rato llorando y queriendo estar pegado a mi bubi para comer, creen que puede hacerle daño tanta leche (me sale mucha) y es normal que quiera estar pegado? Me da miedo que quiera estar así siempre pues es muy cansado o que se embrasile… :(

Hola , en mi poca experiencia y cuando somos primeriza queremos hacer lo que nos dicen los doctores al pie de la letra y no es así , es normal que quiera estar pegado al pecho necesita tu calor saber que estás ahí si llora aveces es por que tiene frío, gases, el pañal está mojado o simplemente quiere que lo abraces y sentir tu calor

Es normal todo lo que le está pasando, la lactancia materna exclusiva no tiene horarios, es a libre demando, es decir cada vez que lo pidan.
Ahora estar pegado al seno, no es todo el tiempo por hambre, si no que es también un proceso emocional para ellos, es su lugar seguro.
Últimamente nos están metiendo en la cabeza que no deben estar pegados a nosotras y así, pero ¿con quién estará más seguro un bebé? ¿Con su mamá o con la vecina? Si es cansado pero tu bebé es tuyo, y es normal que quiera estar pegado a su mami

Lo único que conoce un recién nacido es su mamá, es su lugar seguro donde estuvo 9 meses 🥰 si tu bebito duerme de seguido 5 horas en la noche, que bendición, espero que tu también puedas dormir esas 5 horas, mientras el bebe esté subiendo de peso y crezca aumentando de talla no hay problema con saltarse una toma en la noche, te recomiendo buscar una asesora de lactancia que te pueda guiar mejor, que tú bebesito lacte tanto es normal al inicio, es un proceso que se va regulando poco a poco, es cansado, nos duelen los brazos y la espalda pero puedes probar otras posiciones de lactancia, puedes darle acostados, uno descansa mejor ❤️‍🩹 acostumbrarte a tu bebe es un proceso, recién se conocen, poco a poco lo vas a lograr ☺️

Hola Jessica primero que nada. Te abrazo. Porque te ha costado mucho este proceso. Primero basándome en tu punto 1, te diría que mejor busques un pediatra actualizado y si se puede que sea IBCLC o consultor de lactancia. A veces nos dan recomendaciones del año del palo y la rueda.
En tu siguiente punto, podemos marcar dos cosas, nosotros tenemos crisis de crecimiento, donde aprendemos a hacer cosas nuevas. Al principio de nuestra vida tenemos varios documentados. La segunda noche de vida, a los 21 días, a las 6 semanas. Durante esos momentos como crecemos tanto a nivel muscular, como en reservas de grasa y a nivel cerebral, necesitamos más alimento (que curiosamente contiene esos ácidos grasos, esas proteínas, que necesitamos para crecer. Por NINGÚN motivo es correcto dejarlos llorar. Lo normal, común fisiológico, es que quiera estar pegado. Las personas necesitamos de otras para sobrevivir, eso hemos hecho por millones de años. Estamos juntos y asi sobrevivimos. Si bebé pide brazos, bebé los necesita》》》

Si bebé pide seno, bebé pide brazos, es porque los necesita para sobrevivir, de ninguna manera nos "embracilamos", nosotros hacemos sistemas de apego con quienes nos rodean y es necesario que esos sistemas sean saciados y estén sólidos para fomentar la autoestima y la seguridad personal.

Te puedo asegurar que no siempre será así. Es un ratito. Es una etapa. Pasará y no volverá jamás. Cuando menos lo esperes esos días tan abrumadores serán cosa del pasado. Batallaras con cosas diferentes y será un ciclo de constante cambio.

Eres muy fuerte mamá, hazle caso a tu instinto. Escucha a tu bebé. En estos momentos se forma quienes vamos a ser en el futuro. Tu puedes.

Pueden llegar a dormir mucho, literal solo despiertan para comer, la mía dormía como 4 horas seguidas y ahora tiene 9 meses y todo está bien con ella. Lo importante es que en sus revisiones se note que está creciendo bien y su talla y peso van bien.

También hay algo a lo que le llaman “Brotes de crecimiento”, lloran más y quieren comer mucho y estar pegados al pecho. Checalo en internet, tal vez eso es lo que le esté pasando.
