Travel insurance if you have pregnancy complications

I technically have a higher risk pregnancy and increased risk of premature birth, owing to a bicornuate uterus. And am looking for travel insurance. When googling it suggests to declare this when taking out insurance but it’s not listed from the pre select list on the providers/ comparison sites I’ve checked (Eugh!). Anyone got any recommendations of a provider that’s good to go with / that covers complications? And how to declare it? Thanks in advance!

Depends on a few factors… How far along you are? The airline regulations? The type of insurance you want? Your own feelings on flying as high risk? I’ve flown as a high risk pregnancy on the cusp of the airline regulations, took out regular travel/health insurance without declaring anything and was never even questioned.
