More than I’d care to admit. It’s a quick turnaround because I feel awful and apologise right away. Weirdly it’s been a good thing though because I’ve then explained my feelings to her and apologised. She is now able to differentiate between feelings and can tell me when/why she’s sad/happy/angry etc. She’s got a really good understanding of hers and other people’s feelings. She will ask me what’s wrong if she notices a change in my tone and it gives me the opportunity to explain why there’s a tone change etc. I don’t shout at her but I can get super frustrated and definitely not handle things the best. Having an unsettled baby at the same time doesn’t help as I get overstimulated easily but I’m definitely working on that and teaching her that too x
