Pelvic floor
Anyone else struggling slightly with their pelvic floor now its getting later on? I have practically done no pelvic floor exercises due to issues from SA a few years ago, and am very much regretting it now. Hoping that it wont affect my birth / pp recovery too much 😭
I self referred to pelvic physio as this is my 2nd and have really noticed weakness in my pelvic floor this time 🫣 there’s an NHS app called squeezy which was recommended to me, and you can track what you do. I would say it isn’t too late to start but if you need advise you can self refer to physio in your local area or discuss with Midwife ☺️ x
